As a registered customer, you have access to your stored data at all times. Simply log in with your login and password and go to “My Account”, where you can view your order status, track past orders and update your personal details.

In accordance with legal requirements, we are obliged to store order data for at least 6 months. This measure is also for your own security: we use this data to check for duplicate orders within a week, for example, and compare them with our customers’ details.

Your personal data remains in safe hands with us and is never passed on to third parties, not even to our trusted partners.
