Terms of delivery

Your order will only be delivered after receipt of payment has been booked. The delivery time starts from the day on which you receive confirmation of receipt of payment by e-mail.

Please note that orders received after 17:00 on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipping methods

We offer two shipping options:

  • Regular mail (8-13 business days) – Cost: €0.00
  • Express delivery (4-7 working days) – Cost: €19.99

Please note that our online pharmacy accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen events (e.g. longer processing times, postal strikes, return of goods, lack of notification of unsuccessful delivery, etc.).

Important: Please enter your e-mail address correctly in order to always receive up-to-date information (order, payment and shipping confirmations) about your order. If an incorrect e-mail address is provided and the customer fails to inform us in good time, a third party may gain access to information about your order. If billing or shipping information is incomplete, shipping may be delayed until clarification is received. Please ensure that you provide the correct billing and shipping information during the checkout process.

We ship worldwide. If your country is not on our list, please contact us. The goods are sent in a discreet, white, padded envelope. As delivery is exclusively from Germany, there are no problems with customs.
In case of problems we will refund your money and/or goods.

Incorrect shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully before sending your order. Incorrect details can lead to non-delivery. If you realize after sending your order that the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the address.
